    In our markets, additions typically run $150–$250 per square foot for standard construction and $250–$400+ per square foot for premium finishes, second-story work, or complex structural conditions. We provide written, line-item estimates with no hidden allowances. Financing is available through Service Finance and GreenSky.

  • Do I need a permit for a home addition?

    Yes - almost always. Structural additions require building permits, and in most jurisdictions you also need separate electrical, plumbing, and HVAC permits. R&B handles all permit applications, inspections, and final sign-offs as part of the project scope. We don't do unpermitted work.

  • Will the addition match the rest of my home?

  • Can I live in my home during construction?
